1. Introduction

At Aryan Cabs LLP (“Aryan Cabs“), we are committed to offering reliable and professional cab services, including Corporate Cabs, Out Station Cabs, Local Rides, Event Cabs, School Cabs, Tempo Rides, and Tour & Packages.
 This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to all services offered.

2. General Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup will be eligible for a full refund.
  • Cancellations made between 12–24 hours before pickup will be eligible for a 50% refund.
  • Cancellations made less than 12 hours before pickup or no-shows will not be eligible for a refund.

3. Special Cases

  • If a service is cancelled by Aryan Cabs due to any operational reasons, a full refund will be processed.
  • Refunds for cancellations due to force majeure events (such as natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions, pandemics, etc.) will be evaluated individually and processed accordingly.

4. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed and credited within 7–10 business days to the original mode of payment.
  • Any transaction or processing fees, if applicable, will be deducted from the refunded amount.
